Annual Certificateholders' Tax Statement. On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 1999, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 1998-D Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 1998-D Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 1998-D Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 1998-D Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 19992000, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 19981999-D L Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 19981999-D L Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 19981999-D L Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 19981999-D L Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect. SECTION 9.

Annual Certificateholders' Tax Statement. On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 1999, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 1998-D I Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 1998-D I Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 1998-D I Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 1998-D I Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Annual Certificateholders' Tax Statement. On or before January 31 of each calendar year, beginning with calendar year 1999, the Trustee shall distribute to each Person who at any time during the preceding calendar year was a Series 1998-D G Certificateholder, a statement prepared by the Servicer containing the information required to be contained in the regular monthly report to Series 1998-D G Certificateholders, as set forth in subclauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, aggregated for such calendar year or the applicable portion thereof during which such Person was a Series 1998-D G Certificateholder, together with such other customary information (consistent with the treatment of the Certificates as debt) as the Servicer deems necessary or desirable to enable the Series 1998-D G Certificateholders to prepare their tax returns. Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.

Such obligations of the Trustee shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Trustee pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time in effect.
