Annual Compliance Report. Contractor and its subcontractors must file an annual report documenting compliance with the LWO pursuant to San Diego Municipal Code section 22.4225(d). Records documenting compliance must be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years after the City’s final payment on the service contract or agreement.
