ANNUAL CONTRACT SALES REPORT. Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: the Ammunition sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier), per unit quantities sold, items and volumes purchased by Purchaser, shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser, and Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Such report is due within thirty (30) calendar days following the twelve (12) month anniversary of Contract effective date and annually thereafter.
