On an annual basis, the Academy Board shall do the following: (i) prepare and submit to the Superintendent, in a form and manner prescribed by the Superintendent, a report stating the number of pupils expelled from the Academy during the immediately preceding school year, with a brief description of the incident causing each expulsion; (ii) post on its website, in a form and manner prescribed by the Superintendent, a report on the incidents of crime occurring at schools operated by the Academy. Each school building shall collect and keep current on a weekly basis the information required for the website report, and must provide that information, within seven (7) days upon request; and (iii) make a copy of the report on the incidents of crime, disaggregated by school building, available to the parent or legal guardian of each pupil enrolled in the Academy.
