ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. (a) Annual leave will accrue progressively during a year of service according to the Employee’s ordinary hours of work and accumulates from year to year:
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 19.1 Full time employees shall be entitled to 4 weeks (152 hours) paid annual leave for each completed 12 months of continuous service.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 17.1 Period of leave Each permanent and fixed-term employee shall be entitled to annual leave on full pay for a period equal to four working weeks for each continuous twelve months’ service with the YWCA Canberra from the date of commencement or annual anniversary in line with the provisions of the National Employment Standards. Annual leave will accrue on a pro-rata basis for each completed two week period of continuous service. Annual leave will be pro- rated for part-time and fixed-term employees.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 37.1 Basic Leave Amount For each year of service with VFST, an Employee shall be entitled to 4 weeks of paid annual leave; or 5 weeks of paid annual leave if the Employee works shift work. An Employee’s entitlement to paid annual leave accrues progressively during a year of service according to the Employee’s ordinary hours of work and accumulates from year to year.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 17.1 Full-time and Part-time employees will be paid during annual holidays, on the basis of the Annual Holidays Act (NSW) 1944.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 49.1 A full-time employee is entitled to 20 days paid annual leave for each continuous 12 months of service with Xxxxx (unless the employee is employed by Xxxxx in the Northern Territory, in which case the employee is entitled to six weeks paid annual leave for each 12 months of service with Xxxxx). Part-time employees will accrue on a pro rata basis. Annual leave accrues progressively. Annual leave counts as service for all purposes.
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. This clause applies to all employees except where otherwise specified Annual Leave shall be taken during periods agreed between the employee and their manager with the understanding that Annual Leave shall be taken, as far as practicable, during less productive periods of the work cycle. The parties agree to work co-operatively to ensure that excessive Annual Leave is not accrued (i.e. greater than 40 days) (pro-rata for part-time staff).
ANNUAL LEAVE AND LEAVE LOADING. 23.1 Annual leave entitlements shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Annual Holidays Xxx 0000. Any annual leave entitlement will be on ordinary pay.
