ANNUAL LEAVE (VACATION). A. Annual leave time shall accrue at the rate established by the law as follows: 1. From one (1) month through ten (10) years of employment at the rate of one and one- quarter (1-1/4) working days for each month of service to a maximum of fifteen (15) working days for each year of service. 2.
