ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT. Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: the Fuels/Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier), per unit quantities sold, items and volumes purchased by Purchaser, shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Additional reports may include requests from the State Efficiency and Environment Performance Office (SEEP), which may vary year to year. Other required reports will be designed and requested by the Contract Administrator. Contractor will provide a response within one week and provide the requested data within two weeks.
