If LEGEND-LIFTS elects to suspend service, we shall not be responsible for personal injury, death, damage to property (including damage to the equipment that is the subject matter of this agreement) or losses of any other type or kind that is in any way related the LEGEND-LIFTS suspension of service. Upon resumption of service, you will be responsible for payment to LEGEND-LIFTS for all costs we incur that result from our suspension of service and to remedy any damage caused to your equipment during that time.
