Annual Replacement Certificates. Promptly after the commencement of each fiscal year, RUS shall deliver to FFB a Certificate Specifying Authorized RUS Officials, updated as appropriate, in replacement of the original such certificate delivered pursuant to section 4.2(d) hereof.
