Annual Service Fee. Each Agency shall pay to the County a fee for services based on the workload generated by the Agency. 5.1. Agency shall pay to County the Total Amount on Exhibit “A”. 5.2. The Agency shall complete Exhibit “A”, Agency Payment Worksheet, to identify the payment terms preferred by Agency. Agency is responsible for sending payments to County 5.3. The fee for service will be based on the pro rata share of the workload generated by the Agency. 5.4. County agrees to provide Agency a proposed service fees for the next budget/fiscal year as agreed by the parties.
