Common use of Annual Work Plans and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. 1. The Recipient shall furnish to the World Bank for approval by the World Bank as soon as available, but in any case no later than October 31 of each year, commencing October 31, 2006 or such later date as the World Bank may agree, throughout Project implementation, the annual work plan and budget for the next fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the World Bank shall have reasonably requested.

Annual Work Plans and Budgets. 1. The Recipient shall prepare and furnish to the World Bank for approval by the World Bank as soon as availableits approval, but in any case no not later than October 31 December 1 of each yearyear during the implementation of the Project, commencing October 31an Annual Work Plan and Budget containing all eligible Project activities and expenditures planned for the following Fiscal Year. 2. The Recipient shall ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with the Annual Work Plan and Budget approved for the respective Fiscal Year; provided, 2006 or such later date as however, that in case of any conflict between any Annual Work Plan and Budget and the World Bank may agree, throughout Project implementationprovisions of this Agreement, the annual work plan and budget for the next fiscal year provisions of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the World Bank this Agreement shall have reasonably requestedprevail.
