Common use of Anti-Piracy Restriction Clause in Contracts

Anti-Piracy Restriction. During the Restricted Period, Executive shall refrain from inducing, soliciting or encouraging a Key Employee to quit his/her employment with the Corporation, the Bank or any Affiliate in connection with an offer of a job or an opportunity to work in the same, substantially similar or higher position for a Competing Financial Services Organization which offers or is preparing to offer Competitive Services of Products in the Market Area. In addition, during the Restricted Period, Executive agrees that Executive shall refrain from disrupting, interfering, or attempting to disrupt or interfere with the contractual relationships the Corporation, the Bank, or any Affiliate may have with third parties who provide goods or services to the Corporation, the Bank or any Affiliate.
