Common use of Anti-Slavery Clause in Contracts

Anti-Slavery. The Supplier will not, and will procure that any other persons who perform services or supply goods for or on behalf of it in connection with this Agreement will not engage in any practice or omit to do any act or thing that amounts to modern slavery as defined under the Modern Slavery Act (“Modern Slavery Practice”).

Anti-Slavery. 17.1 The Supplier will not, not and will procure that any other persons who perform services or supply goods for or on behalf of it in connection with this Agreement or any Call-Off Contract (including each Supplier Party and/or the Supplier's Personnel) will not engage in any practice or omit to do any act or thing that amounts to modern slavery as defined under the Modern Slavery Act Xxx 0000 (“Modern Slavery Practice”).
