ANTI-TRUST ASSIGNMENT. If Contractor does not pursue any claim or cause of action it has arising under federal or State antitrust laws relating to the subject matter of the Contract, then upon request of the Illinois Attorney General, Contractor shall assign to the State rights, title and interest in and to the claim or cause of action.
