Anti-Virus Software. Bentley shall use commercially available, up-to-date virus checking software and procedures on all Products before they are made available to Subscriber.
Anti-Virus Software. At Customer’s request, Seller will make every reasonable effort to test and verify specific anti-virus, anti-worm, or anti-hacker patches against a replication of Customer’s application. Seller will respond to any reported problem as an escalated support call.

The Supplier agrees that it shall utilize best-in-class grade anti-virus software to examine each deliverable to be provided by it hereunder and cleanse or otherwise prevent such deliverable from containing any code described in Section 7.7, and otherwise utilize all reasonable security measures to protect the integrity of the deliverables provided hereunder.

The nature of online volunteering means a lot of contact between computers -- emails, attachments, file transfers, etc. Because of this interaction, volunteers and the organization can be at risk for transmitting computer viruses between each other. All online volunteers should have anti-virus software installed on any computer they use in conjunction with the virtual volunteer position, and the software should be updated regularly. Likewise, the organization has anti-virus software on its computer systems, and automatically updates this software. Computer virus protection for your own computer is your responsibility. The organization is not responsible for contaminated files or computers.
Anti-Virus Software. 6.1 Whilst ITS strongly recommends that the Customer procures its own anti-virus software from a reputable provider and keeps it updated, ITS is not responsible for the provision or updating of such software under any circumstances.

GP practices are expected to comply with the contents of this document, the Good Practice Guidelines for Electronic Health Records and all relevant legislation and good practice in order to minimise the risk of contracting IT viruses. Any problems or issues pertaining to anti-virus software should be escalated to the IT service desk in the first instance.
Anti-Virus Software. As part of the GConnect service you agree to use and keep up-to-date both anti-virus and anti-spyware software. Verification of the mandatory anti-virus and anti-spyware software must occur before you will be granted access to the residence network. In the event you do not have anti-virus or anti-spyware software we have purchased multiple licenses of McAfee anti-virus and anti-spyware software and will install it for you free of charge. Even if you have your own anti-virus and anti-spyware software, but would prefer to use the McAfee product we can install it for you free of charge.
