Apollo Stockholder Parties. In the event that any Apollo Entity that is not an Apollo Stockholder as of the time this Agreement becomes effective thereafter becomes an Apollo Stockholder, such Apollo Entity shall automatically become party to this Agreement Schedule A shall be amended and restated to provide that such Apollo Entity shall have all of the rights and obligations of an Apollo Stockholder hereunder.
