Appeal Costs. NSF Certification reserves the right to charge the Appellant, reasonable costs for both the independent review and appeals panel process as defined in paragraphs 5.1 and 5.2; these will be notified and may be charged to the appellant ahead of any review commencing. NSF Certification will not be liable for the appellants’ costs of Independent or Panel Review.
