Appeal Rights. 90.1 The employee has the right under Section T to appeal any under-performance action taken under this Section, except action to terminate the employee’s employment. 90.2 The employee may have an entitlement to bring an action under Part 12 Division 4 of the WR Act in respect of any termination of employment under this Agreement. This will be the sole right of review of such an action.
