The "Applicable Fraction" clause defines the specific proportion or percentage of a whole that is relevant for a particular calculation or obligation within the agreement. In practice, this clause is often used to determine the share of benefits, costs, or liabilities that apply to a party, such as the portion of rent, insurance, or tax responsibility in a multi-tenant property.
