General Terms For purposes of this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Notice Generally Any notice, demand, request, consent, approval, declaration, delivery, or other communication to be made pursuant to the provisions of this Warrant shall be deemed sufficiently given or made if in writing and either delivered in person with receipt acknowledged or sent by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, or by telecopy and confirmed by telecopy answerback, addressed as follows: (a) If to any Holder or holder of Warrant Shares, at its last known address appearing on the books of the Company maintained for such purpose.
