Applicable Law; Entire Agreement; Modification. The interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties, and supersedes all previous agreements, understandings, commitments or representations concerning the subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified in any way, and none of its provisions may be waived, except by a writing signed by the Party against whom the amendment, modification or waiver is sought to be enforced.
