Each Project partner shall be liable to the other Project partners and shall indemnify for any damages or costs resulting from the non-compliance of its contractual duties as set forth in this Agreement. 2. No Party shall be held liable for not complying with the obligations ensuring from this Agreement should the non-compliance be caused by force majeure.
