APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. 4.10.15.1. Publications applicable to the PWS are listed below. The Contractor is obligated to follow these publications. These publications are available online and are maintained by the Government. Supplements or amendments to listed publications from any organizational level may be issued during the life of the contract. The Contractor shall immediately implement those changes in publications which result in a decrease or no change in the price and notify the CO in writing of such change. Should a decrease in contract price result, the Contractor shall provide a proposal for reduction in the price to the CO. Prior to implementing any change that will result in an increase, the Contractor shall submit to the CO a price proposal within 30 days of receipt of the change by the Contractor. The CO and the Contractor shall negotiate the change into the contract under the provisions of the contract clause entitled "Changes". Failure of the Contractor to submit a price proposal within 30 days from receipt of the change shall entitle the Government to performance in accordance with such change at no increase in price. 4.21.1 Publications and forms are also available electronically through the internet. APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. 5.1 Publications applicable to the performance work statement (PWS), include, but are not limited to, those listed in paragraph 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4. The Contractor is obligated to follow all applicable publications. These publications are available online and are maintained by the Government. Supplements or amendments to listed publications from any organizational level may be issued during the life of the contract. The Contractor is required to follow all mandatory documents to the extent they apply to this contract. Any such changes to mandatory publications that cause a change in the scope of performance will not be implemented by the Contractor until the Contracting Officer issues a modification in writing.‌ 5.2 Publication Locations
APPLICABLE PUBLICATIONS. 6.1 All technical and programmatic work performed under this contract and its TOs shall comply with the applicable criteria issued by DoD, Department of the Army, and other Government Agencies within and outside DoD. The criteria documents issued by the Corps of Engineers shall be used as the primary criteria unless alternate, additional or supplementary criteria is stated in the individual TO. Applicable regulations issued by the Department of the Army with associated DoD issued policy and Department of Defense Instructions (XxXX), and/or Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) shall be followed. Where these regulations, policy and criteria are applicable to UMCS, ESS, FAS, SCADA or related installation, testing, operation, management, etc., those requirements shall be incorporated. A list of applicable criteria is provided in Section J, Attachment 7, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) List. 6.2 Individual TOs will include a list of regulations and criteria documents applicable for survey, analysis, design, and cost estimate preparation.

The criteria documents issued by USACE are available at the Whole Building Design Guide web site (xxx.xxxx.xxx) and shall be used as the primary criteria, unless alternate, additional, or supplementary criteria is stated in the individual task order. Applicable regulations issued by the DA with associated DoD issued policy and Department of Defense Instructions (XxXX), and/or Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) shall be followed. Where these regulations, policy and criteria are applicable, those requirements shall be incorporated. 6.2 Individual task orders will include a list of regulations and criteria documents applicable for procurement and installation activities. TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 1 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY Contractor service requirements are summarized into performance objectives that relate directly to mission essential items. The performance threshold briefly describes the minimum acceptable quality levels for each requirement. These thresholds are required for mission success.
