Application Criteria. An employee may apply in writing for authorization to work an alternate work schedule (e.g., four/ten (4/10) hour days, four/nines and a four (4/9’s and a 4), etc.). The employee’s application must show that the following criteria can still be met before his/her application can be approved:
(1) That his/her requested alternate work schedule will not interfere with his/her ability and availability to perform the job;
(2) That the operational needs of the Agency are met;
(3) That the needs of the public are adequately served; and,
(4) That a forty (40) hour workweek is maintained. If, in fact, these criteria are met, the Agency shall grant the employee an alternate work schedule.
Application Criteria. An applicant for sabbatical leave under the provisions of this section must fulfill the following criteria in order to ensure serious consideration of his/her application:
1. Leave for study purposes
a. Shall submit a brief statement of any proposed travel itinerary.
b. Said itinerary must be so planned as to evidence specific ways in which the trip will contribute to the improvement of the applicant’s services with respect to the particular educational field in which he is engaged.
2. A combination of study and travel will be allowed.
3. Split leave period
a. If it is necessary and if appropriate arrangements can be made, a sabbatical leave may be taken in two (2) separate six-month periods (provided that the leave is commenced and completed within a three year period.)
Application Criteria. 2.1 Before completing a Credit Application the Supplier must advise the Customer that to be eligible for consideration for finance, they must:
(i) be 18 or older;
(ii) be in permanent paid employment (over 16 hours a week), retired and receiving a pension, be a houseperson with a partner in permanent paid employment or be self-employed,
(iii) be a UK resident (minimum of 12 months);
(iv) be able to provide acceptable proof of address if the goods to be financed are not to be delivered to the home address of the applicant;
(v) make payments by direct debit, and
(vi) be purchasing the Product or Services for personal not business use. Permanent paid employment is classed as an occupation where the Customer is working more than 16 hours per week; this also includes someone who is in receipt of a permanent pension or personal benefit, e.g. an invalidity or incapacity benefit. Childminders applying for credit must be registered with OFSTED. Proof of this should be requested from the Customer. The following are not classed as being permanent paid employment and so would not be eligible for finance: • Temporary or Agency workers. • Anyone whose main occupation is looking after someone else’s children and is not part of an OFSTED registered business (e.g. grandparent, friend, neighbour). • Xxxxxx carers with no other permanent paid employment. • Students unless they are student nurses or student doctors. • Supply teachers unless they have a fixed term contract with a specific named school.
2.2 If the Supplier is in doubt as to the identity of the Customer, the Supplier shall call the Hitachi Referral Helpline on 0844 375 5515 (Option 2) and ask for a Code 10 check.
Application Criteria. 4.1. Service Availability parameter is maintained by the Supplier between the ends of the circuit in the zone of its responsibility where the Supplier monitoring system controls the above mentioned parameter.
4.2. In the calculation of the Service Availability the following time intervals shall not be regarded a service outages and shall not be ground for the Customer to claim payment re-calculation: Service outages due to scheduled maintenance performance and urgent remedial maintenance, which do not exceed 8 (eight) hours. Time taken by the Supplier to gain access to the equipment located on the Customer’s territory. Interruptions in the provision of the service due to suspension or termination of the provision of the service, agreed with the Customer. Service outages caused by intentional or unintentional actions of the Customer. Service outages and delays in restoration of service availability due to the refusal or inability of the Customer to provide assistance to Supplier’s personnel in accordance with cl. 6 hereof, in the identification and removal of faults. Service outages and delays in restoration of service availability due to the power outages in the Customer’s building.
Application Criteria. 5.1. To qualify for a Lease, you must:
5.1.1. be a registered and active M-PESA Subscriber on the Application date and have been so registered and active for at least three (3) months (or such other period as we in our discretion, may determine) immediately preceding the Application date;
5.1.2. be at least eighteen (18) years old, which you hereby warrant that you are;
5.1.3. satisfy any other qualifying criteria we may, in our discretion, require, including your Lease Score;
5.1.4. not have any Outstanding Payment Obligations or be in default of another Lease Agreement or your M-PESA Agreement.
5.2. We reserve the right to verify the authenticity and status of your M-PESA Account and M-PESA Information and any other information you give us or we obtain about you to assess your Application.
5.3. We may decline your Application if we, in our sole discretion, are not satisfied that you have met our minimum requirements or for any reason whatsoever.
Application Criteria. 5.1.1 Individuals who apply for the HRG under the Home Renovation Program shall hereinafter be called the “Applicant” or, generally, “Applicants”.
5.1.2 Applicants will submit applications on or following the annual advertised date, where they will be checked for completeness.
5.1.3 Applicants must meet all the following criteria to be eligible for consideration for an HRG:
a. The Applicant must be a registered member of the MCFN Membership list (members do not need to be situated in the MCFN community, or reside in their home);
b. The Applicant must be the registered owner or registered owner of the home and provide proof of ownership (see Section 5.2.1.d);
c. The Applicant must be living in the home for which the Home Renovation Grant will be granted; the home must be the Applicant’s principle residence;
d. The Applicant is applying for a Home Renovation Grant for the following purpose:
i. Renovations to improve the health, safety, and/or efficiency of an existing home;
e. The Applicant must provide a full written project plan, that includes a renovation timeline, and a quote of all materials and labour costs;
f. The above eligibility criteria are ongoing for the entire period in which the Home Renovation Grant is conditional. MCFN/MPM ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS. APPLICANTS ARE RESPONSIBLE TO REVIEW THEIR APPLICATIONS TO ENSURE ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION IS SUBMITTED.
Application Criteria. All Applicants must be Firefighter II certified (Michigan Firefighter Training Council certification) by attending an Academy sponsored by a regional training center, and be licensed by the Michigan Department of Consumer & Industry Services as an Emergency Medical Technician by the date of application.
