Common use of Application of Monies Held Clause in Contracts

Application of Monies Held. Subject to the provisions of Section 11.05, the Trustee or a Paying Agent shall hold in trust, for the benefit of the Noteholders, all money and Government Obligations (and proceeds therefrom) deposited with it pursuant to Sections 11.01 and 11.02 shall apply the deposited money and Government Obligations (and proceeds therefrom) in accordance with this Indenture and the Notes to the payment of the principal of (including the Redemption Price upon redemption pursuant to Article 3) and Interest on the Notes.
