Application to Present and Future Subsidiaries. This Agreement is being entered into by Fortive and Ralliant on behalf of themselves and the members of their respective Group. This Agreement shall constitute a direct obligation of each such Party and shall be deemed to have been readopted and affirmed on behalf of any entity that becomes a Subsidiary of Fortive or Ralliant in the future.
