Common use of Applications and ASP Infrastructure Terms of Use Clause in Contracts

Applications and ASP Infrastructure Terms of Use. 10.1 Under this Agreement, as indicated in sub-Clause 9.1 above, a maximum number of xx Users may access the Applications through the ASP Infrastructure at any given time. 10.2 Users’ access to the Applications and the ASP Infrastructure shall be controlled by means of username, password and pass code. Access can also be restricted by IP address on written request of the Customer. 10.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to increase Fees proportionately, in accordance with Schedule 1, in the event of an increase in the maximum number of Users.
