APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICES OR ASSISTANCE. (A) APPLICATION REQUEST AND REVIEW.—A State educational agency receiving funds from the Governor under this subsection shall-- (i) make the application for services or assistance described in subparagraph (B) available to non-public schools by not later than 30 days after the receipt of such funds; and (ii) approve or deny an application not later than 30 days after the receipt of the application.
