Appointment of a Contract Manager. a. The Contractor will appoint a Contract Manager for the Contract Period and the Contract Manager at any point in time: i. is designated as the representative of the Contractor in relation to the management of any current or future performance or policy issues in respect of this Contract; and ii. has the authority to make decisions binding on the Contractor in relation to this Contract. b. During the Contract Period the Contract Manager must remain contactable and reasonably available and accessible to NAFC and the Member. c. If the Contractor wishes to appoint a new or replacement Contract Manager then it must advise NAFC in writing prior to the appointment. d. The appointment of a new or replacement Contract Manager will not result in a variation to this Contract and will not require this Contract to be replaced by a document duly executed by both parties.
