Sec. 2 (r)\n10.4 The attendance of a high school pupil at a community college as a special part-time or full-time student pursuant to this section is authorized attendance for which the community college shall be credited or reimbursed pursuant to Section 48802 or 76002, provided that no school district has received reimbursement for the same instructional activity. Sec. 2 (s)\n10.5 Effective January 1, 2017, AB 2364, amended California Education Code 76140 to exempt specific nonresident students who live and attend high school in California from nonresident tuition for community college dual enrollment coursework.
