Appraisal Fee. Each of the parties shall pay the fees of the appraiser that it selects pursuant to SECTION 34.3(i), above, and shall equally share the cost of the third appraiser, if necessary, and shall equally share the cost of arbitration (excluding attorneys' fees), if necessary. WHEREFORE, each of the parties has accepted and agreed by affixing their respective authorized signatures below as of the date first above written.
Appraisal Fee. The Parent, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall pay or cause to be paid to the Bank within the earlier of (i) 31 July 2014 and (ii) the date of disbursement of the first Tranche an appraisal fee in respect of the appraisal conducted by the Bank in relation to the Project. The amount of the appraisal fee is EUR 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand euros). The Parent, on behalf of the Borrowers, authorises the Bank to retain out of the first Tranche an amount equal to the appraisal fee and such amount so retained by the Bank shall be treated as having been disbursed by the Bank in payment of the appraisal fee.
Appraisal Fee. We will not charge You a fee directly for appraising or preparing Your Lending Proposal but we do charge a fee for our services and whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them as a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. All of the lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates, and for certain Lenders we do have influence over the interest rate you will pay, and this can impact the amount that you pay under the agreement. .

The Borrower shall pay to the Bank the appraisal fee (i) on the Final Availability Date, if until the Final Availability Date no disbursement takes place; or (ii) on the date of the cancelation, if the Credit is cancelled in full under Article 1.06 prior to the Final Availability Date.

Appraisal Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank an appraisal fee in an amount of GBP 120,000 (one hundred and twenty thousand pounds sterling) for the establishment of the Credit under this Contract. Such appraisal fee shall be payable as follows:
(a) upon separate request of the Borrower to be made together with the Disbursement Request, it shall be deducted by the Bank from the amount to be disbursed under the first Tranche;
(b) by the Borrower to the Bank on the Scheduled Disbursement Date of the first Tranche;
(c) if the Borrower communicates to the Bank that it wishes to cancel the Credit without a Disbursement Request having been submitted by the Borrower, within 30 (thirty) days of such notice of cancellation; or
(d) if the Borrower fails to make a valid Disbursement Request before or by the Final Availability Date, within 30 (thirty) days of the Final Availability Date. The amount due to the Bank under paragraphs (b) to (d) above shall be payable in GBP and shall be paid to the account indicated by the Bank to the Borrower. The amount due to the Bank and deducted from the first Tranche upon the request of the Borrower under paragraph (a) above shall be considered as having been duly paid by the Borrower to the Bank on the Scheduled Disbursement Date of the first Tranche.
