Appraisal Fee. Each of the parties shall pay the fees of the appraiser that it selects pursuant to SECTION 34.3(i), above, and shall equally share the cost of the third appraiser, if necessary, and shall equally share the cost of arbitration (excluding attorneys' fees), if necessary. Appraisal Fee. The Parent, on behalf of the Borrowers, shall pay or cause to be paid to the Bank within the earlier of (i) 31 July 2014 and (ii) the date of disbursement of the first Tranche an appraisal fee in respect of the appraisal conducted by the Bank in relation to the Project. The amount of the appraisal fee is EUR 150,000.00 (one hundred fifty thousand euros). The Parent, on behalf of the Borrowers, authorises the Bank to retain out of the first Tranche an amount equal to the appraisal fee and such amount so retained by the Bank shall be treated as having been disbursed by the Bank in payment of the appraisal fee.

Appraisal Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Bank an appraisal fee in respect of the appraisal conducted by the Bank in relation to the Project in an amount of EUR 50,000 (fifty thousand euros).
