Appraisal Notice Sample Clauses
The Appraisal Notice clause establishes the requirement for one party to formally notify the other when invoking the appraisal process, typically in the context of a dispute over the value of a loss or property. This notice must usually be provided in writing and within a specified timeframe after a disagreement arises, ensuring both parties are aware that the appraisal procedure is being initiated. By mandating clear communication, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both parties have an opportunity to participate in the appraisal, thereby facilitating a fair and orderly resolution of valuation disputes.
