Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements. In order to be eligible for apprenticeship, the applicant must meet the qualifications prescribed in the standards as established by the Joint Skilled Trades Modernization Committee. It is understood that all applicants must successfully pass the Company's regular employment requirements.
Apprenticeship Eligibility Requirements. Selection of apprentices under this program shall be made from applicants on the basis of qualifications and seniority. When all qualifications and related training are equal, seniority will be the ruling factor without regard to race, creed, colour, national origin, sex or occupationally irrelevant physical requirement.
