Approval of Insurers and Terms of Policies. (a) Insurance under this clause 11 must be taken out and maintained by the Vendor at its own cost and before the commencement of the performance of any obligations under this Purchase Order in terms approved by, and with insurers approved by, the Purchaser (in each case the Purchaser's approval will not be unreasonably withheld).
