Approvals of the Designs. In order to assure that the Designs meet the image of the Trademarks, Licensee shall, prior to the commencement of manufacture of each Licensed Products, submit to Licensor the materials of Designs requested by Licensor (technical sketches, swatch, samples and color) per each item, for Licensor’s approval. Licensee shall only manufacture the Licensed Products for which the Designs have been approved pursuant to the foregoing, and shall not change or alter the Designs without prior written approval of Licensor.
