Approved Contractors. (a) Each Transmission Owner shall develop and shall provide to Transmission Provider a List of Approved Contractors. Each Transmission Owner shall include on its List of Approved Contractors no fewer than three contractors and no fewer than three manufacturers or vendors of major transmission-related equipment, unless a Transmission Owner demonstrates to Transmission Provider’s reasonable satisfaction that it is feasible only to include a lesser number of construction contractors, or manufacturers or vendors, on its List of Approved Contractors. Transmission Provider shall publish each Transmission Owner’s List of Approved Contractors in a PJM Manual and shall make such manual available on its internet website. (b) Upon request of an Interconnection Customer, a Transmission Owner shall add to its List of Approved Contractors (1) any design or construction contractor regarding which the Interconnection Customer provides such information as the Transmission Owner may reasonably require which demonstrates to the Transmission Owner’s reasonable satisfaction that the candidate contractor is qualified to design, or to install and/or construct new facilities or upgrades or modifications to existing facilities on the Transmission Owner’s system, or (2) any manufacturer or vendor of major transmission-related equipment (e.g., high-voltage transformers, transmission line, circuit breakers) regarding which the Interconnection Customer provides such information as the Transmission Owner may reasonably require which demonstrates to the Transmission Owner’s reasonable satisfaction that the candidate entity’s major transmission-related equipment is acceptable for installation and use on the Transmission Owner’s system. No Transmission Owner shall unreasonably withhold, condition, or delay its acceptance of a contractor, manufacturer, or vendor proposed for addition to its List of Approved Contractors.

Approved Contractors. We maintain, and regularly update, a panel of Approved Contractors who have proven to work at a high standard and to be reliable in terms of performance. These contractors are required to provide written confirmation that they comply with all current legislation relating to Health & Safety, and hold the required Insurances needed to protect clients and their workforce. The standard of contractor’s work is regularly assessed based on inspections and feedback from clients.
Approved Contractors. 19.1 Subject to obtaining Approval and the provisions of this clause 19, the Licensee may use the services of Approved Contractors in the manufacture of Burberry Items, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT (A) approval of any Approved Contractors shall in no way diminish the Licensee's obligations to Burberry under this Agreement; and (B) Approved Contractors do not sub-contract the manufacture of any Burberry Items except to Approved Contractors who have been Approved to manufacture those specific Burberry Items and notice of such sub-contracting is provided to Burberry. 19.2 In the event that the Licensee wishes to use any party as a contractor as described in clause 19.1, the Licensee shall prior to placing any order with such party: (A) supply Burberry with the name and address of the proposed contractor and such information as Burberry may reasonably require as to the financial stability, ownership, management and general stability of the proposed contractor; (B) supply Burberry with the address of such premises at which it is proposed that the proposed contractor shall be manufacturing Burberry Items, and the type of Burberry Items which it is proposed shall be manufactured at such premises, and such further information as Burberry may reasonably require in relation to such premises and such Burberry items; (C) if requested by Burberry, provide evidence satisfactory to Burberry that the use of such contractor by the Licensee will not affect the Licensee's ability to comply with the Laws and codes of practice referred to in clauses 9.28 to 9.30; (D) seek in writing and obtain Approval for the proposed contractor as an Approved Contractor; and (E) obtain and deliver to Burberry a signed Undertaking and a signed Questionnaire from the proposed contractor to Burberry in the then current form used by Burberry, and Burberry shall within 15 Working Days of receiving the Licensee's written request seeking Approval for a proposed Approved Contractor together with all information in relation thereto requested by Burberry either give Approval or refuse Approval in writing. 19.3 The Licensee shall promptly notify Burberry in writing when it ceases to use the services of any Approved Contractor and the reasons for such cessation. 19.4 The Licensee shall: (A) exercise proper supervision over the operations of each Approved Contractor including (but not limited to) quality control and strict control of all labels and similar materials so that at all times all Burberry Items manufa...
Approved Contractors. (a) Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Client may provide or instruct Equifax to provide the Information Services to a third party that (i) has contracted with Client to assist Client in determining whether an applicant meets Client’s underwriting criteria, which contract must include the third party’s agreement to comply with and perform all of Client’s obligations under this Agreement; (ii) has been appointed by Client to act as Client’s agent pursuant to a written contract including the agency clause set forth on Exhibit E; and (iii) has been approved by Equifax and has agreed to be bound by such additional terms and conditions as may be required by Equifax in its discretion and is identified in Exhibit E (an “Approved Contractor”). Client acknowledges and agrees that it shall be fully responsible for the actions or omissions of its Approved Contractor(s). (b) Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by, and agrees to cause the Approved Contractor to acknowledge and to be bound by the following terms: (i) The information provided by Equifax as a part of the Information Services (for purposes of this Section VIII.2., the “Information”) will at all times be and remain the property of Equifax. The Information is confidential and proprietary to Equifax. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no Information furnished under this Agreement may be sold, disclosed to any third parties or made a part of any product developed by Client or the Approved Contractor. (ii) Equifax hereby grants to Client, and to the Approved Contractor, as Client’s agent, only a non-assignable right to use the Information pertaining to any given consumer solely for the purpose of determining that consumer’s eligibility for an insurance product or service sold by Client. Equifax reserves all other rights in the Information. Neither Client nor the Approved Contractor will have any right to sublicense to others. The right to use the Information granted to Client, and to the Approved Contractor, as Client’s agent, in this Agreement will last for so long as this Agreement is in effect, and shall terminate upon the termination of this Agreement. Any dissemination of the Information to the Approved Contractor’s employees or agents will be restricted to those employees and agents of the Approved Contractor with a need to know in order to utilize such data solely for the purpose of determining that consumer’s eligibility for an insurance product or service so...

Approved Contractors. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth on EXHIBIT E, Tenant agrees to use Landlord's designated architect, electrical and mechanical engineers for preparation of Tenant's Drawings. Further, Tenant agrees to use a contractor approved by Landlord for Tenant's Work.
Approved Contractors. All work with regard to construction of the Improvements shall be performed only by contractors and subcontractors licensed to do business in the state in which the Premises are located. All contractors and subcontractors shall be required to procure and maintain insurance against such risks, in such amounts, and with such companies as Landlord may reasonably require, and those contractors and subcontractors performing Material Work shall be obligated to obtain payment and performance bonds covering the cost of their work and certificates of insurance before construction of the Improvements is commenced. All work shall be performed in a good and workmanlike manner that is free of defects and is in strict conformance with the Final Plans and all applicable Governmental Requirements. Tenant shall obtain warranties on all Improvements for a minimum of one (1) year.
