Arbitration Opt-Out. If a Coach does not want to be subject to this Arbitration Provision may opt out by notifying Beyond Slim in writing of its desire to opt out of this Arbitration Provision within 30 days of the Coach’s execution of the Agreement. Arbitration Opt-Out.
