Arbitrators. 1 Except in respect of a Tribunal established under Article 32 (Consolidation), and unless the disputing parties agree otherwise, the Tribunal shall comprise three arbitrators, one arbitrator appointed by each of the disputing parties and the third, who shall be the presiding arbitrator, appointed by agreement of the disputing parties.
Arbitrators. The arbitration shall be heard and determined by one arbitrator, who shall be impartial and who shall be selected by mutual agreement of the parties; provided, however, that if the dispute involves more than $2,000,000, then the arbitration shall be heard and determined by three (3) arbitrators. If three (3) arbitrators are necessary as provided above, then (i) each side shall appoint an arbitrator of its choice within thirty (30) days of the submission of a notice of arbitration and (ii) the party-appointed arbitrators shall in turn appoint a presiding arbitrator of the tribunal within thirty (30) days following the appointment of the last party-appointed arbitrator. If (x) the parties cannot agree on the sole arbitrator, (y) one party refuses to appoint its party-appointed arbitrator within said thirty (30) day period or (z) the party-appointed arbitrators cannot reach agreement on a presiding arbitrator of the tribunal, then the appointing authority for the implementation of such procedure shall be the Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas, who shall appoint an independent arbitrator who does not have any financial interest in the dispute, controversy or claim. If the Senior United States District Judge for the Northern District of Texas refuses or fails to act as the appointing authority within ninety (90) days after being requested to do so, then the appointing authority shall be the Chief Executive Officer of the American Arbitration Association, who shall appoint an independent arbitrator who does not have any financial interest in the dispute, controversy or claim. All decisions and awards by the arbitration tribunal shall be made by majority vote.
Arbitrators. If the matter in controversy (exclusive of attorney fees and expenses) shall appear, as at the time of the demand for arbitration, to exceed $250,000, then the panel to be appointed shall consist of three neutral arbitrators; otherwise, one neutral arbitrator.
Arbitrators. (a) Within 15 days after a valid Arbitration Demand Notice is given, the parties involved in the dispute, controversy or claim referenced therein shall attempt to select a sole arbitrator satisfactory to all such parties.
Arbitrators. The other party shall within one (1) week of its receipt of the notice advise the other party if any of the three arbitrators is acceptable. If none of the original three (3) arbitrators is acceptable the second party shall return the names and addresses of an additional three (3)
Arbitrators. Within 30 days of receiving the Notice, the Provider will contact you. If you and the Provider cannot resolve the Claim by working together or through mediation, we will start the process of choosing arbitrators. There will be three arbitrators, unless we agree that a single arbitrator may resolve the Claim.
Arbitrators. (i) If the amount in controversy is $250,000 or less, the arbitration shall be before a single arbitrator selected by JAMS in accordance with the Rules.

Arbitrators. Any matter so referred to arbitration, including any questions as to whether a matter is arbitrable pursuant to this process, shall be heard by one of the following specially trained Arbitrators:
Arbitrators. If the parties are unable to agree upon the selection of an Arbitrator, the Minister of Labour for the Province of British Columbia shall be requested to appoint an Arbitrator. The Arbitrator shall hear their dispute and the decision shall be final and binding upon the parties. The Arbitrator shall not have any jurisdiction to alter or modify any of the provisions of this Agreement, nor to substitute any new provisions in lieu thereof, nor to make any decisions inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Each of the parties hereto share equally the expenses of the Arbitrator.
