ARCHAEOLOGICAL FINDS. The Owner AGREES that it, or its agents, builders or contractors shall immediately cease work and notify the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport, of any discovery of any archaeological resources, including but not limited to artifacts or burials, during development and housing construction. The Owner further AGREES that if during construction any archaeological or cultural heritage resources (including human remains) are found, that all work shall cease and the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport be notified and only commenced with the Ministry’s concurrence.
