Common use of Area, Incidence and Duration Clause in Contracts

Area, Incidence and Duration. 7.1 This Agreement shall be binding on the State Transit Division of the Government Service, Seamen’s Union of Australia, New South Wales Branch, and all employees whose classification is listed in Part B Table 1 of this Agreement and replaces in their entirety, all previous Agreements previously binding on the parties.
