Arrival and Departure. On the day of arrival you can check in from 15:00. On the day of departure you are required to leave the tent by 10:00 am (departures on Sundays are from 17:00). On arrival at the Camp, the Lead Xxxxxx must report to the site administrator. The latter will welcome you and carry out the check in tasks. Upon departure, the Lead Xxxxxx is to sign out before leaving, allowing the site administrator to perform checkout tasks. Please review our Camp descriptions where it details whether your chosen Camp allows you to bring a dog or not. If you wish to bring a dog you must include this information in your reservation. If you wish to bring a dog, then only one dog per tent is allowed. The fee for bringing a dog is €25.00 extra for the end of stay cleaning of the tent.
Arrival and Departure. The Property will be ready for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the Property no later than 10am on the last day of the Period. You will be liable for any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense arising from any failure on your part to vacate the property in accordance with this condition.
Arrival and Departure. You can arrive at the Property after 4.00pm on the Arrival Date and you must leave by 10.00am on the departure date. If your arrival will be delayed beyond 11.00pm, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made, if necessary, for you to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by 4pm on the day after the Arrival Date, and you do not advise us of your anticipated late arrival, we will treat the Booking as having been cancelled by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund fees already paid to us. Please see the Cancellation Policy.
Arrival and Departure. 16.1 Arrival is after 4pm local French time (normally GMT+1 hour).
16.2 You must vacate the property by 10am local French time on the day of departure. If these times cause you difficulty, please advise us at the time of booking.
16.3 Normal changeover day is a Saturday. Alternative changeover days may be possible, subject to availability and must be agreed with the owners at the time of booking.
Arrival and Departure. The Venue is only available from the time(s) shown in the Booking Contract and the requested bedrooms (if any) are available from 13:00 on main campus on the first day of your Event until 09:30 on the day the Guests are due to leave, unless the Booking Contract specifies otherwise. It is your responsibility to advise all of your Guests of these times. Failure to vacate bedrooms may incur additional charges. Any extension to these times can only be done with our prior written agreement and may incur additional charges, which will be notified to you.
Arrival and Departure. 1. The Guest shall acquire no claim to the provi- sion of particular rooms unless the Hotel has con- firmed the provision of particular rooms in writ- ing.
2. Booked rooms shall be available to the Guest from 15:00 on the agreed day of arrival. The Guest has no claim to earlier provision. Should agreed rooms not be available, then the Hotel shall endeavor to provide an equivalent replace- ment in the Hotel or in another property.
3. Booked rooms must be claimed by the Guest by 18:00 at the latest on the agreed day of arrival. Unless a later time of arrival has been expressly agreed, the Hotel has the right to issue booked rooms to other people after 18:00 without the Guest being able to derive any claims for com- pensation from this. In this respect the Hotel has a right of withdrawal.
4. On the agreed day of departure, the rooms must be cleared and made available to the Hotel by 11:00 at the latest. After this point, the Hotel can charge the daily room price for the additional use of the room until 15:00 beyond the damages it has incurred, and 100 % of the valid accommo- dation price after 15:00. The guest is at liberty to prove to the Hotel that they incurred no damages or significantly lower damages. The Hotel shall be entitled to prove that the dam- age actually incurred was higher than that.
Arrival and Departure. 10.1. A deposit may be requested upon arrival.
10.2. The booked accommodation can be checked-in from 16:00 on the agreed day of arrival as stated on the confirmation of the reservation. On the agreed day of departure as shown on the confirmation of the reservation the accommodation must be departed before 10:00 (unless stated otherwise).
10.3. Check-in procedure: xxxxxx reports to the check-in desk of the reception building at the resort and presents a valid identification, access voucher and / or booking and payment of possible outstanding invoice amount to gain access to the booked accommodation on the resort.
10.4. If you wish to extend the agreement with Xxxxx for longer than the agreed duration and Xxxxx agrees, Xxxxx is always entitled to designate a different accommodation.
10.5. If the use of the accommodation is terminated before the agreed date, as stated on the confirmation of the reservation, the xxxxxx is not entitled to reimbursement of (part of) the rent and/or any other costs. If you have a cancellation insurance and you meet the conditions imposed by the insurance company, you can file a claim directly at the involved insurance company as a result from finishing your stay earlier.
Arrival and Departure. 8.1 The rental property can be occupied from 16.00 hours on the agreed arrival date specified in the reservation confirmation and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the agreed departure date specified in the reservation confirmation.
8.2 If you wish to continue the contract with braviscasa for longer than the agreed time and xxxxxxxxxx agrees, xxxxxxxxxx entitled at any time to provide an alternative rental property for you.
8.3 If the Guest ceases to use the rental property and / or other facility prior to the expiry of the rental period stated in the reservation confirmation, the Tenant has no right to reimbursement of all or any part of the rent and / or the costs from braviscasa. If you have completed a travel insurance and meet the stated prerequisites of the insurance company, you can file a claim for damages in respect of the early departure with the insurance company.
Arrival and Departure. 8.1 The rented accommodation shall be available to you from 4 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival as specified in the booking confirmation. The parks have the possibility to change the arrival time of 4 p.m. On the agreed day of departure specified in the booking confirmation the accommodation is to be vacated before 10.30 a.m. With the exception of the foregoing, for the parks in Denmark the accommodation must be vacated before 10.00 am on the agreed day of departure as stated on the confirmation of the reservation .If the booking relates to a camping pitch, your pitch shall be available to you from 1 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival specified in the booking confirmation, and should be vacated before 12 noon on the agreed day of departure.
8.2 If you wish to extend the agreement beyond the agreed term and Landal GreenParks/the owner agrees such, Landal GreenParks/the owner shall at all times be entitled to allocate you a different accommodation/camping pitch.
8.3 If the use of the accommodation and/or camping pitch and/or other facility is terminated earlier than the agreed date specified in the booking confirmation, the renter shall not be entitled to any repayment of (part of) the rent and/or costs unless travel insurance has been effected and the requirements laid down therein have been met.
Arrival and Departure. Group transfers to/from a central location such as an airport are not included in the trip cost, unless specifically noticed in the trip description.
