Article Disqualification and Dispute Resolution Procedures. NYSERDA and Contractor hereby agree to be subject to and bound by the disqualification and dispute resolution procedures contained in Article 15-A of the Executive Law (including, without limitation, Sections 312(5), 313(8), 313(9) and 316), and in relevant sections of the Regulations (including, without limitation, Sections 142.12 and 143.6), as and where applicable.
