ARTICLE XIV MISCELLANEOUS. Except as expressly set forth herein, no license or right is granted, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, by any Party with respect to or under any patent, trade secret, copyright, technology, or other intellectual property or proprietary right of such Party. ARTICLE XIV MISCELLANEOUS. Those employees with ten (10) or more years of service who resign from the Cheboygan Area Schools for the purpose of retirement (MPSERS) shall receive a one-time payment of forty dollars ($40.00) per day for sick days to a maximum of one-hundred twenty (120) days. Employees who work less than full-time (six (6) hours per day), one-hundred eighty (180) days per year) shall receive a prorated dollar amount per day (i.e., three (3) hours a day receives twenty dollars ($20.00) a day.
