Common use of Artist's Expenses Clause in Contracts

Artist's Expenses. Artist shall be responsible for the payments of all expenses incurred during the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to services, materials, mailing/shipping charges and insurance on submissions to the HAA, cost of all travel, insurance and costs for Artist's agents, consultants, and/or employees necessary for the proper performance of the services required under this Agreement.
