Artwork and Packaging. If applicable, Client shall provide or approve, prior to the procurement of applicable components, all artwork, advertising and packaging information necessary to Process or Package the Product. Such artwork, advertising and packaging information is and shall remain the exclusive property of Client, and Client shall be solely responsible for the content thereof.
