Assess groundwater quality. 1). Xxxxxxxx shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of three (3) monitoring xxxxx screened to bracket the water table. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). The northeastern corner of the Property.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). WHJE shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property in accordance with Department approved Work Plans.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, a limited number of groundwater samples from locations to be approved by the Department shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58, or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). Metanoia shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of three monitoring xxxxx installed to a depth 30 feet below ground surface. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). at the location of the previous groundwater monitoring xxxxx (TMW-1 and TMW-2); and
b). a third location to best determine groundwater flow direction.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, the sample from TMW-1 shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
Assess groundwater quality. 1). Enigma shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of 3 monitoring xxxxx on the Property Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). Monitoring well MW-2 b). Monitoring well MW-8 c). Monitoring well MW-11
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, one groundwater sample shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2016), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
Assess groundwater quality. 1). The City shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of 3 monitoring xxxxx. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). The northwestern corner of the Property.
b). The northeastern corner of the Property.
c). The loading pad area on the north side of the building.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, the groundwater sample from the loading pad area shall be analyzed for the full TAL/TCL parameters.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the South Carolina State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, R.61-58, or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the Regional Screening Tables values for “Tapwater.”
Assess groundwater quality. 1). Sigma shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of 4 monitoring xxxxx. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). The northwestern portion of the Property. b). The southwestern portion of the Property. c). The northeastern portion of the Property. d). The southeastern portion of the Property.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, the groundwater samples collected from locations 4.F.1.b and 4.F.1.d shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2016), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”

a). The southeastern monitoring well. b). The north central monitoring well.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, the north central well shall have its samples analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA- TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). WMI and WML shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include collecting samples from all of the existing xxxxx (MW-1 through MW-5) on the Property.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals (with chromium speciation to analyze for hexavalent chromium), TCL- VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, the sample from MW-3 shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (including cyanide and chromium speciation to analyze for hexavalent chromium) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.

a). One (1) well downgradient of the AST and fuel dispenser at the filling station.
