Assess groundwater quality. 1). Xxxxxx shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of five (5) monitoring xxxxx screened to bracket the water table. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). The two (2) previously installed xxxxx on site, CPR-2 and CPR-3. b). The southeastern portion of the Property.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). ALT shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of 3 monitoring xxxxx. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). The western side of the building. b). The eastern side of the building.
c). The southern side of the building in proximity of the suspected UST.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, the groundwater sample collected from the western side of the building shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2016), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
Assess groundwater quality. 1). MP shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of two (2) monitoring xxxxx screened to bracket the water table. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). One (1) previously installed well on the eastern corner of the Property. b). One (1) previously installed well in the central portion of the Property.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, the eastern well shall have its samples analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). WHJE shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property in accordance with Department approved Work Plans.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, a limited number of groundwater samples from locations to be approved by the Department shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58, or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.

a). Xxxxx XX-1, GW-4, GW-5, GW-6, and GW-8
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs, and SVOCs. In addition, samples from xxxxx XX-5 and GW-6 shall be analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs.61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”

Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of two (2) monitoring xxxxx screened to bracket the water table. Specific locations shall be as follows: a). Two (2) locations distributed throughout the Property.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, TCL-VOCs, and TCL-SVOCs. In addition, one (1) well pair shall have its samples analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide), with chromium speciation to analyze for hexavalent chromium, and EPA-TCL.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. 61-58, or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”
4). All analytical methods shall be capable of achieving appropriate reporting levels as specified in Paragraph 4.A.5.d. of this Contract.

a). A location in proximity to the southeastern corner of the wastewater treatment system containment area.
b). A location in proximity to the northeastern corner of the wastewater treatment system containment area.
2). Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs and SVOCs. In addition, one groundwater sample shall be analyzed for the full TAL/TCL parameters.
3). Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the South Carolina State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, R.61-58, or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the Regional Screening Tables values for “Tapwater.”
Assess groundwater quality. 1) SLLIM shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of three (3) monitoring xxxxx. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). A presumed background location, which may be the same location as noted in Paragraph 4.E.1.a.
b). A well near the vent pipes behind Venus Pie Pizzeria.
c). A well near the vent pipes behind Xxxxx’x Windows Doors & More.
2) Samples from all groundwater monitoring xxxxx shall be analyzed for TAL- Metals, VOCs, and SVOCs. In addition, all xxxxx near the vent pipes shall have both samples analyzed for the full EPA-TAL (includes cyanide) and EPA- TCL.
3) Groundwater quality results shall be compared to the primary maximum contaminant level (MCL) standards in the State Primary Drinking Water Regulations, 4 S.C. Code Xxx. Regs.61-58 (2011 & Supp. 2017), or, if not specified in R.61-58, to the EPA RSL for “Tapwater.”

a). One (1) location centrally located near the dirt road.
Assess groundwater quality. 1). Ash shall assess groundwater quality and flow direction across the Property. Assessment shall include samples from a minimum of nine (9) monitoring xxxxx screened to bracket the water table. Specific locations shall be as follows:
a). One (1) well downgradient of the AST and fuel dispenser at the filling station.
