ASSESSMENT CENTER COMPENSATION. An employee who is required to participate in an assessment center for an outside jurisdiction on behalf of the ACFD during off-duty hours, shall be compensated in the amount of fourteen and one-half percent (14.5%) of their monthly salary prorated on an hour-for-hour basis for the actual hours of participation, not to exceed eight (8) hours per day.
