Common use of Assignable Duties Clause in Contracts

Assignable Duties. The duties and responsibilities of an employee may include all or any of the following: instructional (teaching assignments); course and program preparation; student contact, student advising; evaluation of student work; other functions related to instruction; professional development; student registration and pre-registration duties, school visitations; participation on OC committees; attendance at articulation meetings; representing OC at other functions; administrative duties; and other duties as specified in this article.
