Common use of Assignment 20 Clause in Contracts

Assignment 20. 1 The Supplier shall not assign, in whole or in part, its obligations to perform under this Contract, except with the Purchaser’s prior written consent. 21. Subcontracts 21.1 The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser in writing of all subcontracts awarded under this Contract if not already specified in the bid. Such notification, in the original bid or later, shall not relieve the Supplier from any liability or obligation under the Contract. 21.2 Subcontracts must comply with the provisions of GCC Clause 3. 22. Delays in the Supplier’s Performance 22.1 Delivery of the Goods and performance of Services shall be made by the Supplier in accordance with the time schedule prescribed by the Purchaser in the Schedule of Requirements.
