ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. The contractholder may not assign this contract without the prior written consent of Penn Mutual. Accounts established and maintained for Participant's are owned by the Owner.
ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. MASTER DEALER may not assign this Agreement or ------------------------ its rights hereunder, or enter into any joint venture arrangements concerning AUTHORIZED PRODUCTS, or cause or suffer any change in MASTER DEALER's senior management, control or principal ownership, without the prior written consent of TAIS's Vice President, General Manager, Telecommunication Systems Division. TAIS, on thirty (30) days notice to MASTER DEALER may assign this Agreement or TAIS' rights hereunder to a TAIS affiliate company.
ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. RESELLER may not assign this Agreement or enter into any subdealer or joint venture arrangements concerning the Authorized Products. CSD reserves the right to terminate this agreement if RESELLER changes its senior management, control or principal ownership.
ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. The Executive represents and warrants that he has not assigned to any person the Split-Dollar Agreement or any interest in the Split-Dollar Program (other than the transfer of the Policy to the Trustee) and that he has full power and authority to enter into this Agreement. The Trustee represents and warrants that he has not assigned to any person any interest in the Policy and that he is the owner of the Policy.
ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. 50.1 Because of the nature of rights and obligations granted hereunder, neither DIGIDEAL nor PDS FINANCIAL can assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement unless the proposing assignor has received written authorization from the other party.

ASSIGNMENT AND OWNERSHIP. A. The Contractor shall not assign, transfer, conveyor otherwise dispose of this Agreement, including its rights, title or interest in or to the same or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the County.
